Creativity has always been an integral part of my life, whether it is an endless list of design projects & renovations at home or the myriad of jobs that have made up the stepping stones of my career path.  Life has taught me to balance design with practicality - well, it was really juggling a small business and a family.  Plus, playing with your own money will make even the most creative person insightful and practical.

Design is such a huge part of my life that I have even managed to make design snobs out of my 2 children.  Now adults, I have proudly sent into the world people who can articulate the difference between magenta and fuchsia...and know the importance of both a load bearing wall and well thought out packaging.  

I find that I am at a unique place in my life, I have a lifetime full of experience but still have not quenched my desire to create & build.
